The invention discloses a rotatable floating offshore pipeline truss, and the truss comprises buoyancy assemblies, connecting rod pieces and hinge pieces, wherein the buoyancy assemblies are constructed and expanded in a modular mode through buoyancy adjustable points and connecting rods between nodes; each buoyancy adjustable point comprises a shell, a central air pipe is arranged in the shell, an elastic air bag is arranged between the shell and the central air pipe, an air inlet and outlet is formed in the central air pipe, at least one end of the central air pipe is connected with an air source, and a water inlet and outlet is formed in the shell; the expansion degree of the air bag is adjusted by adjusting the air intake and exhaust amount of the elastic air bag, so that the water intake and exhaust amount between the shell and the elastic air bag is adjusted, and the buoyancy of the buoyancy adjustable point is adjusted; and a connecting rod part is connected with the buoyancy assembly through a hinge part. The truss is used for connecting a floating type center service platform and the aquaculture net cages and/or connecting the two aquaculture net cages during deep sea aquaculture, the floating type center service platform and the aquaculture net cages are stably and reliably connected, respective pipelines and pipelines can be connected through the floating type pipeline truss, and the floating type pipeline truss can adapt to the complex environment of the sea surface through the hinge pieces.
