The invention discloses a method for calculating starting torque current of an elevator. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring first torque current I0 when the elevator is driven by the elevator in a middle balance state between the current stopping and the last stopping; 2, the position sensor is used for detecting the first position of the elevator car; 3, the position sensor is used for detecting the second position of the elevator car; 4, the position change delta x of the elevator car in the stopping period of the elevator car is calculated; 5, determining a coefficient ki according to the current position of the elevator car; 6, according to the position variable quantity and the coefficient ki corresponding to the current position of the elevator car, the first tension change delta F of the flexible body of the elevator car in the current stopping period is calculated; and 7, second torque current I1 needed when the elevator is started is calculated according to the first torque current and the first tension change. The elevator starting torque current can be accurately calculated without a weighing device.
本发明公开了一种电梯启动力矩电流计算方法,包括:步骤1、获取电梯驱动电梯在本次停靠与上一次停靠中间平衡状态下的第一力矩电流I0;步骤2、利用所述位置传感器检测电梯轿厢的第一位置;步骤3、利用所述位置传感器检测电梯轿厢的第二位置;步骤4、计算电梯轿厢在本次停靠期间电梯轿厢的位置变化Δx;步骤5、根据电梯轿厢的当前位置确定系数ki;步骤6、根据所述位置变化量以及电梯轿厢当前位置所对应的系数ki计算电梯轿厢在本次停靠期间柔性体的第一拉力变化ΔF;步骤7、根据所述第一力矩电流和所述第一拉力变化计算电梯启动时所需的第二力矩电流I1。本发明无需借助于称量装置即可实现准确计算电梯启动力矩电流。
