The invention discloses a method for calculating starting torque of an elevator. The method comprises the following steps: estimating a load in an elevator car before the elevator car stops according to torque current of an elevator traction machine during operation of the elevator car; acquiring elevator car vertical acceleration data when the elevator stops at the landing, extracting characteristic values of the vertical acceleration data, and judging the number of passengers entering and exiting the elevator car; estimating the load change value of the elevator car according to the number of passengers entering and exiting the elevator car or the vertical acceleration; according to the load in the elevator car before the elevator car stops and the load change value of the elevator car, the load in the elevator car before the elevator car is started is determined; and calculating the starting torque of the elevator according to the load in the elevator car before the elevator car is started. The function equivalent to that of a weighing device is achieved in an elevator without the weighing device, output of starting torque is optimized, and passengers can obtain comfortable riding experience.
本发明公开了一种电梯启动力矩计算方法,包括如下步骤:根据电梯轿厢运行期间的电梯曳引机的力矩电流估算电梯轿厢停靠前轿厢内的负载;获取电梯停靠在层站期间的电梯轿厢垂直加速度数据,提取垂直加速度数据的特征值,判断乘客出入电梯轿厢的数量;根据乘客出入电梯轿厢的数量或垂直加速度预估电梯轿厢负载变化值;根据电梯轿厢停靠前轿厢内的负载和电梯轿厢负载变化值,确定电梯轿厢启动前的轿厢内负载;根据电梯轿厢启动前的轿厢内负载计算电梯启动力矩。本发明在无称量装置的电梯中实现了相当于称量装置的功能,优化了启动力矩的输出,使乘客获得舒适的乘坐体验。
