The ship gravity center measurement auxiliary device comprises a fixing mechanism fixedly connected with a ship; one end of the cross beam is connected with the fixing mechanism, and the other end of the cross beam extends out of the range of the ship; the water tank is arranged at the position, exceeding the ship, of the cross beam in a lifting mode, an upper valve and a lower valve are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the water tank respectively, the water amount in the water tank is controlled by opening or closing the upper valve and the lower valve, and then the weight of the water tank is controlled. According to the invention, downward force can be rapidly applied to the ship, the time required by a ship inclination test is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
