The invention discloses a suspension adaptive control method and system based on road surface recognition, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing the grade of a target road surface, and obtaining the grade of the target road surface; constructing a corresponding table of the road surface grade and the optimal damping coefficient, and querying from the corresponding table to obtain the optimal damping coefficient corresponding to the road surface grade of the target road surface; and the working current of the electromagnetic valve is adjusted to change the size of the throttling channel, so that the damping coefficient of the vehicle is the corresponding optimal damping coefficient, and the damping of the suspension is adjusted. The road surface grade can be recognized in real time, and the appropriate damping force is automatically adjusted to adapt to the current road surface according to the driving state of the vehicle on the road surface, so that the comfort and safety of the vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于路面识别的悬架自适应控制方法及系统,包括:对目标路面的等级进行识别,得到目标路面的路面等级;构建路面等级与最优阻尼系数对应表,并从所述对应表中,查询得到目标路面的路面等级对应的最优阻尼系数;调节电磁阀的工作电流,改变节流通道的大小,使得车辆的阻尼系数为对应的最优阻尼系数,实现对悬架阻尼的调节。本发明能够实时识别路面等级,并根据车辆在路面的行驶状态,自动调节合适的阻尼力来适应当前路面,以提高车辆的舒适性和安全性。
