The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle transmission, in particular to a differential mechanism with a locking function, a drive axle and a vehicle, the differential mechanism comprises a differential mechanism shell, two half axle gears, a planet shaft, a planet gear, a sliding disc and a driving assembly, and the differential mechanism shell is provided with a containing cavity; at least one half axle gear is provided with a locking component; the sliding disc is arranged on the differential case in a penetrating mode so as to be provided with two parts located inside and outside the containing cavity respectively, and the sliding disc and the differential case rotate synchronously. A locking matching piece corresponding to the locking component is arranged at the position, in the containing cavity, of the sliding disc, the sliding disc is arranged at the end of the differential case in a sliding mode and provided with a locking position and a differential position which are located on a sliding path, and when the sliding disc slides to the locking position, the half axle gear and the sliding disc rotate synchronously. When the sliding disc slides to the differential position, the half axle gear and the sliding disc rotate respectively; the driving assembly drives the sliding disc to be switched between the locking position and the differential position. The driving assemblies are all arranged outside the differential case, the space size in the differential case is reduced, and the system integration degree is higher.
