The invention relates to a drive axle, a differential mechanism and a vehicle. The differential mechanism is arranged along the second axis; the differential mechanism comprises a driven part, a driving part and a driving part, an output terminal; the clutch piece can move between a locking position and an unlocking position in the direction of a second axis, when the clutch piece is located at the locking position, the clutch piece is connected with the driven piece, and the first rotating speed is equal to the second rotating speed; when the clutch piece is located at the unlocking position, the clutch piece is separated from the driven piece. The drive axle and the vehicle comprise the differential mechanism arranged in the second axis direction, the differential mechanism has a locking function, so that the drive axle can adjust whether the differential function is started or not according to needs, the clutch moves in the second axis direction, the overall structure reduces power loss caused by component force in other directions, the transmission efficiency is improved, and the service life of the drive axle is prolonged. And the occupied space is reduced, so that the internal structure of the differential mechanism is more compact.
