The invention discloses a floor position self-learning method based on a magnetic railing ruler. The floor position self-learning method comprises the magnetic railing ruler, a floor sensor, an induction magnetic strip, a floor card and a main control system. The magnetic railing ruler comprises a magnetic railing ruler reading head and a magnetic railing ruler magnetic ruler. The system comprises a floor sensor arranged on the side of a lift car, an induction magnetic strip on the side of a landing door, a floor card on each floor, a main control system and a vertically-arranged magnetic railing ruler. The floor sensors can generate real-time data when passing through the induction magnetic strips through up-down operation of the lift car, so that the position of the lift car is accurately controlled, and the leveling accuracy of the lift car is greatly improved; an operator controls the car to move in the self-learning process, the leveling condition is effectively judged so as to determine the leveling position, recording and learning of the floor position are completed layer by layer through the magnetic railing ruler, the floor position is relatively more accurate, and the learning efficiency is relatively higher. The method has the advantages that the elevator leveling precision is relatively higher, the floor position self-learning effect and efficiency are relatively higher, and the user experience is relatively better.

    本发明公开了一种基于磁栅尺的楼层位置自学习方法,包括磁栅尺,楼层传感器,感应磁条,楼层卡片和主控系统;磁栅尺包括磁栅尺读磁头和磁栅尺磁尺。本发明包括设于轿厢侧的楼层传感器、厅门侧的感应磁条、每个楼层的楼层卡片、主控系统和竖直设置的磁栅尺;通过轿厢上下运行使楼层传感器在经过感应磁条的时候会产生实时数据,据此精准控制轿厢的位置,使得轿厢的平层准确度大幅提升;操作员在自学习过程中控制轿厢移动,有效判断平齐情况从而确定平层位置,通过磁栅尺逐层完成楼层位置的记录学习,楼层位置相对更精准,学习效率也相对更高。本发明具有电梯平层精度相对更高、楼层位置自学习效果和效率相对更高、用户体验相对更好的优点。
