    本发明公开了一种磁栅尺断带检测装置,磁栅尺断带检测装置包括固定平台、断带检测组件,固定平台与磁栅尺滑动连接;断带检测组件包括连接板、断带触发结构、检测开关,连接板与固定平台滑动连接,连接板与磁栅尺连接,连接板与断带触发结构连接。本发明中,磁栅尺断带发生时,磁栅尺受重力影响,在固定平台上滑动,并逐渐脱落于固定平台,磁栅尺与连接板连接,磁栅尺坠落的过程中,使第一过孔的边缘剪断防误触挡杆,磁栅尺带动连接板一同脱落于固定平台,断带触发结构在连接板运动的作用下触发检测开关,从而触发电梯运行系统的保护机制,采用简单的机械结构对电梯磁栅尺断带进行检测,无需依靠电力触发,可靠性高。
