The invention discloses a vehicle dynamic and static identification method and device, a chip and an automatic driving vehicle, and relates to the field of automatic driving. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multiple frames of vehicle images of other vehicles in the driving process of an automatic driving vehicle; determining the motion state of the other vehicle according to the local features of the vehicle image; and controlling the autonomous vehicle to run according to the motion state of the other vehicle. The overall motion difference of the vehicle can be obviously seen through the local features of the vehicle, the local features of the vehicle are used for assisting in judging the overall motion state of the vehicle, whether the vehicle is in a static state or a running state can be effectively distinguished, and therefore the accuracy of vehicle dynamic and static recognition is improved, and automatic driving vehicle running is controlled conveniently. And the driving safety of the automatic driving vehicle is ensured.

    公开了车辆动静识别方法、装置、芯片及自动驾驶车辆,涉及自动驾驶领域。方法包括:获取自动驾驶车辆行驶过程中多帧他车的车辆图像;根据车辆图像的局部特征确定他车的运动状态;根据他车的运动状态控制自动驾驶车辆行驶。通过车辆的局部特征能够明显看出车辆整体运动的差别,利用车辆的局部特征辅助判断车辆整体的运动状态,可以有效区分车辆是静止状态还是行驶状态,从而提升了车辆动静识别的准确性,以便控制自动驾驶车辆行驶,保证自动驾驶车辆的行驶安全性。
