The clamping jaw locking device has the advantages that through the matched arrangement of the rotating block and the sliding groove, the movement range of the clamping jaw is greatly widened, then the tolerance capacity of the locking device is improved, meanwhile, the structural design is simplified, and the whole device is simple, reliable and easy to achieve; in addition, the locking device is provided with double clamping jaws, and double-point pressing is achieved.
本发明公开了一种空间折展机构用的锁紧装置,包括驱动设备、固定座、丝杆、滑动块、卡爪、转动块和导向柱,驱动设备固定在固定座上,丝杆设置在固定座上并与驱动设备连接,丝杆上套设滑动块,滑动块两端均铰接有卡爪,卡爪一端还设有滑槽,转动块一端能够转动的连接在固定座上,另一端卡接在滑槽内,固定座顶部设置有能够与卡爪远离滑块一端卡接的导向柱。本发明的优点在于,通过转动块与滑槽的配合设置,大大提高了卡爪运动范围,进而提高了该锁紧装置的容差能力,同时简化了结构设计,整个装置简单可靠,易于实现;另外,该锁紧装置设置有双卡爪,实现了双点压紧。
