The invention discloses a folding and unfolding device capable of automatically unfolding and locking rotor arms. The device comprises a rotor arm, a fixed seat, a locking torsional spring, a locking block, an unfolding torsional spring, a locking sliding rod, a locking pin shaft and an unfolding pin shaft, wherein the rotor wing arm is rotatably connected with the fixed seat through the unfolding pin shaft, the unfolding torsional spring is sleeved on the unfolding pin shaft, one end of the locking sliding rod is arranged in a sliding groove on the rotor wing arm, and the other end of the locking sliding rod is arranged in a through hole of the fixed seat; the locking pin shaft is arranged on a through hole of the rotor arm, the locking block is arranged at an opening of the rotor arm and is rotatably connected with the rotor arm through the locking pin shaft, and the locking torsional spring is sleeved on the locking pin shaft. When the rotor wing arms are stored or transported, the rotor wing arms can be folded through the constraint effect of the storage space; when external constraint is relieved, the rotor wing arms can rotate around the fixed seats to be unfolded under the action of the unfolding torsional springs and drive the locking sliding rods to slide. When the rotor arm is unfolded in place, the locking block can abut against the sliding end of the locking sliding rod under the action of the locking torsional spring, and therefore the rotor arm is locked.
一种可自行展开并锁定旋翼臂的折叠展开装置。包括旋翼臂,固定座,锁定扭簧,锁定块,展开扭簧,锁定滑杆,锁定销轴,展开销轴。所述旋翼臂与固定座通过展开销轴转动连接,所述展开扭簧套装在展开销轴上,所述锁定滑杆一端安装在旋翼臂上的滑槽内,一端安装在固定座的通孔内。所述锁定销轴安装在旋翼臂的通孔上,所述锁定块安装在旋翼臂的开口处并通过锁定销轴与旋翼臂转动连接,所述锁定扭簧套装在锁定销轴上。旋翼臂在存储或者运输的时候,可通过存储空间的约束作用折叠。当外界约束解除时,在展开扭簧的作用下,旋翼臂可绕固定座转动展开,并带动锁定滑杆滑动。当旋翼臂展开到位后,锁定块可在锁定扭簧的作用下将锁定滑杆滑动端顶住,从而实现旋翼臂的锁定。
