The invention discloses a detection method of a boiler pipeline nondestructive detection robot, relates to a pipeline detection method, and aims to solve the problems that the detection preparation time is long, the personnel investment is large, the maintenance period is long, the operation is dangerous, and missing detection and false detection are easy to occur when a boiler pipeline is detected. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, placing a boiler pipeline nondestructive testing robot on the ground, and connecting a mechanical arm with a probe with a transverse scanner through a data transmission line; 2, starting an unmanned aerial vehicle flight system, controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle flight system to fly to a to-be-detected area of the boiler pipeline, and driving a probe to move to the to-be-detected area of the boiler pipeline by an unmanned aerial vehicle; 3, after the boiler pipeline nondestructive testing robot reaches the to-be-detected area, corresponding nondestructive testing is conducted on the surface of the to-be-detected boiler pipeline through the probe of the mechanical arm with the probe. The invention belongs to the field of nondestructive testing of boiler pipelines.

    一种锅炉管道无损检测机器人的检测方法,本发明涉及一种管道检测方法,本发明的目的是为了解决锅炉管道在检查时检测准备时间长、人员投入大、检修周期长、作业危险,容易出现漏检和误检的情况,进而影响整个机组的可靠性和经济性、增加非停时间的问题,步骤一:将锅炉管道无损检测机器人放置在地面上,携带探头的机械手臂通过数据输送线与横向扫描器连接;步骤二:启动无人机飞行系统,控制无人机飞行系统飞向锅炉管道待检测区域,无人机带动探头向锅炉管道待检测区域进行移动;步骤三:锅炉管道无损检测机器人达到待检测区域后,通过携带探头的机械手臂的探头对待检测锅炉管道表面进行相应的无损检测。本发明属于锅炉管道无损检测领域。
