The take-over control method comprises the steps that S1, the stress direction and the stress value of a brake pedal and the stress direction and the stress value of an accelerator pedal are obtained in real time; s2, judging whether the stress of the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal meets a first preset condition or not according to the stress directions of the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal; if yes, executing the step S3; if not, continuing to execute the step S1; s3, whether the stress values of the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal meet a second preset condition or not is judged; if yes, executing the step S4; if not, continuing to execute the step S1; and S4, a control instruction is sent to control the driving robot to release control over the vehicle. The safety officer can take back the control right of the vehicle at the first time, intermediate operation is avoided, false triggering can be well avoided through two times of judgment, the unnecessary test interruption condition is reduced, and the take-over time is shortened.
