The invention provides an electric vehicle composite braking system which comprises a hydraulic braking module, a regenerative braking module, a vehicle control unit VCU, an EBS controller and a motor controller MCU, and the regenerative braking module comprises a standby battery, a storage battery, a super capacitor, a flywheel module, a regenerative braking energy management controller MCU, a battery management control unit MCU and an adjustable transformer. The invention further provides a control method of the composite braking system of the electric vehicle, buffer charging can be conducted on the storage battery and the standby battery through the super capacitor and the flywheel module, the storage battery and the standby battery meet the charging condition by controlling charging and discharging of the storage battery and the standby battery, regenerative braking energy is recycled as much as possible, and energy is saved. The problem that in the prior art, regenerative braking is low in proportion in total braking due to the fact that the SOC of the storage battery, the temperature of the battery and high-power current cannot be absorbed by the battery is solved, and the energy recycling rate is increased.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车复合制动系统,包括液压制动模块、再生制动模块、整车控制器VCU、EBS控制器和电机控制器MCU,再生制动模块包括备用电池、蓄电池、超级电容、飞轮模块、再生制动能量管理控制器MCU、电池管理控制单元MCU和可调节变压器。本发明还提供了电动汽车复合制动系统控制方法,能够通过超级电容和飞轮模块对蓄电池和备用电池进行缓冲充电,通过控制蓄电池和备用电池的充放电而使蓄电池和备用电池符合充电条件,尽可能回收再生制动能量,解决了现有技术中再生制动受蓄电池SOC、电池温度以及大功率电流无法被电池所吸收等原因而导致的再生制动在总制动中的占比低的问题,提高能量回收利用率。
