The invention provides an electric automobile segmentation composite braking system and an electric automobile segmentation composite braking energy recovery method. According to the method, driver model braking signals are received through a segmentation composite judgment device, when motor braking operation and electro-hydraulic braking operation of an electric automobile are conducted is judged, and energy recovery under the corresponding braking condition is conducted. The system comprises a driver model, the segmentation composite judgment device and energy storage device and a pure motor braking mode and an electro-hydraulic braking mode are involved. The driver model serving as an input source of the light braking signal, the medium braking signal and the emergency braking signal and is used for determining the braking mode of the electric automobile. The segmentation composite judgment device receives the driver model braking signals and is used for judging when the pure motor braking mode and the electro-hydraulic braking mode are started through the electric automobile so that the pure motor braking mode and the electro-hydraulic braking mode can be started through the electric automobile according to the intensity of the braking signals. By the adoption of the segmentation composite braking system, the structure is simple, safety in the braking process can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the good braking feeling is guaranteed.
