The invention discloses an electric automobile auxiliary braking system control method, and relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) VCU controls high voltage on a whole vehicle power system according to a key switch to enable a motor controller; 2) the VCU judges the driving operation behavior of a driver according to the accelerator pedal state, the brake pedal state and the auxiliary brake switch state; 3) the VCU calculates the current vehicle speed of the vehicle according to a vehicle speed sensor; 4) the VCU calculates theallowable charging capacity of a battery according to the related state information of a battery management system; (5) the VCU calculates the braking torque output capacity of the motor according tothe relevant state information of the motor controller; 6) the VCU decides whether to quit a motor braking torque request or not according to an ABS activation state, and 7) the VCU calculates the braking torque required by the current gear of a gearbox according to the related state information of the gearbox. The problem that in the prior art, on an electric heavy truck, due to the fact that atransmitter system does not exist, the auxiliary braking control logic content is vacant can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车辅助制动系统控制方法,涉及汽车制造技术领域。1)VCU根据钥匙开关控制整车动力系统上高压,使能电机控制器;2)VCU根据加速踏板状态、制动踏板状态和辅助制动开关状态判断驾驶员的驾驶操作行为;3)VCU根据车速传感器计算车辆当前车速;4)VCU根据电池管理系统相关状态信息计算电池允许充电能力;5)VCU根据所述电机控制器相关状态信息计算电机制动扭矩输出能力;6)VCU根据ABS激活状态决定是否退出电机制动扭矩请求;7)VCU根据变速箱相关状态信息计算变速箱当前档位需求的制动扭矩。本发明可以解决现有技术在电动重卡上,因无发送机系统,辅助制动控制逻辑内容为空缺的问题。
