The invention discloses an AGV differential driving module which comprises a base, driving wheels are mounted on the two sides of the base through rotating shafts, a mounting groove is formed in the base, a positioning mechanism is arranged in the mounting groove, an air shock absorber is mounted in the positioning mechanism, and a rotating disc is connected to the top of the air shock absorber. A positioning gear ring is arranged at the top of the rotating disc, a supporting seat is arranged in the positioning gear ring in a sliding fit mode through a ball, symmetrical proximity alarm switches are arranged on the rotating disc, a second motor is installed on the rotating disc, a driving gear is arranged at the driving end of the second motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the positioning gear ring. The differential steering device has the advantages that the differential steering device has a self-adaptive balance function to the ground, has a damping alarm function to overload, and realizes an automatic differential steering function without a steering motor; the requirement for AGV wheel load during heavy load is met, and the bearing capacity is increased.

    本发明公开了一种AGV小车差速驱动模组,包括底座,所述底座两侧通过转轴安装有驱动轮,所述底座内设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有定位机构,所述定位机构内安装有空气减震器,所述空气减震器顶部连接旋转盘,所述旋转盘顶部设置有定位齿圈,所述定位齿圈内通过滚珠滑动配合有支撑座,所述旋转盘上设置有对称的接近报警开关,所述旋转盘上安装有第二电机,所述第二电机驱动端设置有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与定位齿圈啮合,其优点在于具有对地面的自适应平衡功能,具有对超负载的减震报警功能,实现无转向电机的自动差速转向功能;实现大负载时对AGV轮子负载要求,加大承载力。
