The invention relates to a signal intersection carbon footprint tracking and optimization control method in a networked traffic environment. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing an operation mode of a networked vehicle passing through an intersection; 2, calculating energy consumption and time consumption in different modes; 3, comprehensive benefits of various operation modes are determined; and step 4, jointly optimizing a network connection vehicle track and a signal control scheme. The method is suitable for a network connection traffic environment, the benefits of different operation modes of the vehicle are comprehensively evaluated, an optimal scheme is selected to achieve the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction, and bidirectional optimization of the vehicle track and signal timing is carried out accordingly. The method is suitable for whole-network-connected road traffic environments including manual driving vehicles and automatic driving vehicles, and the application prospect is very wide.
