The invention relates to a three-dimensional storage robot. The three-dimensional storage robot comprises a vehicle body; the lifting frame is arranged at the rear end of the vehicle body; the high-position pallet fork is in sliding connection with the lifting frame in the height direction, and the high-position pallet fork is provided with a high-position fork arm; the low-position pallet fork is movably installed on the vehicle body in the first direction so that the low-position pallet fork can stretch out of the front end of the vehicle body or retract in the first direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the height direction, and the low-position pallet fork is provided with a low-position fork arm capable of ascending and descending in the height direction; the low-position fork and the high-position fork arm are arranged in a staggered mode in the second direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the height direction are perpendicular to one another. In addition, the invention further provides a goods taking and placing method of the three-dimensional storage robot. Forward forking type carrying and vertical carrying are combined, the overall structure is compact, the size is smaller, and operation in a warehouse with the more compact space requirement is facilitated.
