The invention discloses a laser guided vehicle based on visual localization, and relates to the related field of guided vehicles, the laser guided vehicle comprises a laser guided vehicle, an adjusting mechanism, a second mounting box and a clamping mechanism, the front end of the laser guided vehicle is fixedly connected with the adjusting mechanism, and the back of the adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected with the second mounting box; a clamping mechanism is fixedly connected to the front side of the right end of the second mounting box, an adjusting mechanism is arranged, the visual positioning mechanism is driven to swing up and down through meshing between a gear section and a first toothed plate, so that the shooting angle of the visual positioning mechanism is adjusted, and visual positioning errors caused by the influence of environmental factors are prevented; the external environment is supplemented with light through the light supplementing lamp, fuzzy shooting caused by the influence of the dark environment is prevented, then the synthesized image and the reference image are compared through the CPU, so that current image positioning is obtained, visual positioning is achieved while laser positioning is conducted, and the positioning accuracy is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于视觉定位的激光导引车,涉及导引车相关领域,包括激光导引车、调节机构、第二安装箱和夹持机构,所述激光导引车前端固定连接有调节机构,所述调节机构背部固定连接有第二安装箱,所述第二安装箱右端前侧固定连接有夹持机构,设置调节机构,通过齿轮段和第一齿板之间的啮合带动视觉定位机构上下摆动,从而对视觉定位机构的拍摄角度进行调节,防止受环境因素影响导致视觉定位存在误差,设置视觉定位机构,通过补光灯对外界环境进行补光,防止受黑暗环境影响导致拍摄模糊,再通过CPU对合成图像和参考图像进行比对,从而获得当前图像定位,以便在激光定位的同时实现视觉定位,提高定位准确性。
