The invention discloses a fixed-wing aircraft wing anti-icing and de-icing control power distribution device. An interface unit is used for signal transmission and protection of electromagnetic compatibility, power supply compatibility and thunder and lightning environments; the power supply unit is also used for transmitting two paths of input main and standby 28V power supplies to the power supply unit; the power unit is also used for transmitting two paths of redundant 270V power supplies input from the outside to the power unit, and transmitting the two paths of redundant 270V power supplies to the external electric heating assembly after being controlled by the power unit; the power supply unit selects and converts two paths of input main and standby 28V power supplies into an internal direct-current working power supply, and transmits the internal direct-current working power supply to the control unit and the power unit through the interface unit. After receiving a working instruction of the upper computer, the control unit calculates a deicing control law; the power unit receives the deicing control law through the interface unit and controls the electric heating assembly to be powered on, heated and deiced according to the deicing control law. The main 28V direct current power supply and the standby 28V direct current power supply are adopted to work, the dual-redundancy 270V power supply is provided for the electric heating assembly, and the electric heating device has the advantages of being high in reliability and fault-tolerant.
本发明公开了一种固定翼飞机机翼防除冰控制配电装置,接口单元用于信号传递,及电磁兼容、供电兼容和雷电环境的防护;还用于将输入的2路主、备28V电源传递给电源单元;还用于将外部输入的2路余度270V电源传递给功率单元,并通过功率单元控制后,传递给外部电加温组件;电源单元将输入的2路主、备28V电源进行选择并转换为内部直流工作电源,并通过接口单元传递给控制单元和功率单元;控制单元接收上位机工作指令后,解算出除冰控制律;功率单元经接口单元接收除冰控制律,并根据除冰控制律控制电加温组件通电加热除冰。本发明采用主、备28V直流电源工作,将双余度270V电源提供给电加温组件,具备高可靠性和容错特点。
