The second optical fiber is arranged on the outer surface of the skin of the non-protection area, after the anti-icing system is started, the first optical receiver receives the first optical signal through the first optical fiber and obtains first current light intensity information corresponding to the first optical signal, and the second optical receiver receives the second optical signal through the second optical fiber and obtains second current light intensity information corresponding to the second optical signal; the controller determines whether the wing is in a first icing meteorological condition or a second icing meteorological condition according to the first current light intensity information and the second current light intensity information.
