The wing anti-icing and de-icing system comprises a first anti-icing and de-icing assembly and a second anti-icing and de-icing assembly. The first ice preventing and removing assembly comprises an ice removing liquid tank in which ice removing liquid is stored; the deicing liquid pipeline is communicated with the deicing liquid tank and the front edge of the wing; the metering pump is arranged in the deicing liquid tank, and the deicing liquid in the deicing liquid tank can be extracted through the metering pump and conveyed to the front edge of the wing through the deicing liquid pipeline; the second ice preventing and removing assembly comprises a heat source; the air guide pipeline is communicated between the heat source and the rear edge of the wing, and the air guide pipeline can convey the hot air flow generated by the heat source to the rear edge of the wing. According to the wing anti-icing and de-icing system, the requirements for constant delivery pump power and anti-icing fluid capacity of the anti-icing and de-icing system can be effectively reduced, the system power supply cost and the system use cost are reduced, and the flight performance of an aircraft in a complex environment is improved.
