The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle transfer, and provides an automatic overturning and transferring device and method for wings of a large unmanned aerial vehicle, the device comprises a transportation bracket and a parking bracket, the transportation bracket is provided with a plurality of bearing frames, and the transportation bracket is provided with an overturning mechanism and a hoisting mechanism at each bearing frame; the bearing frame is of a frame structure and is rotationally arranged on the transportation bracket. The overturning mechanism comprises a push rod and an overturning driving part, and the overturning driving part is configured to drive the push rod to move so as to enable the bearing frame to overturn downwards by a certain angle; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting rope and a lifting driving part for driving the lifting rope to be retracted and released, the lifting rope is detachably connected with the bearing frame, and after the bearing frame is overturned by a certain angle through the overturning mechanism, the lifting rope is released, so that the bearing frame continues to be overturned downwards under the gravity action of the wings, and the wings are in a horizontal state; and the parking bracket is used for bearing the wings overturned to the horizontal state. According to the invention, turning and transferring of the wings can be realized without depending on a crane, so that the limitation of use occasions is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及无人机转运技术领域,提供了一种大型无人机机翼自动翻转转移装置及方法,装置包括运输托架和停放托架,运输托架上设有若干承托架,运输托架在每个承托架处设有翻转机构和起吊机构;承托架呈框体结构且转动设置于运输托架上;翻转机构包括推杆和翻转驱动部件,翻转驱动部件配置为带动推杆移动,以促使承托架向下翻转一定角度;起吊机构包括吊绳和驱动吊绳收放的起吊驱动部件,吊绳与承托架可拆卸地连接,承托架通过翻转机构翻转一定角度后,放出吊绳可使承托架在机翼重力作用下继续向下翻转,以使机翼呈水平状态,停放托架用于承接翻转到水平状态的机翼。本发明无需依靠吊车就能实现机翼的翻转和转移,极大地降低了使用场合的局限性。
