The invention relates to a large unmanned aerial vehicle wing transferring, overturning and hanging tool. The tool is suitable for an unmanned aerial vehicle wing with the wing length not smaller than 10 m, and specifically comprises a hoisting structure which is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with a crane hook and a second connecting part used for being connected with and adjusting the mounting angle of a fixing structure; the fixing structure is arranged at the lower end of the second connecting part and used for fixedly connecting the to-be-hoisted large unmanned aerial vehicle wing to the lower end of the hoisting structure; the overturning structure is used for overturning the wings of the large unmanned aerial vehicle which are hoisted in place; and the supporting structure is used for providing support when the wing is overturned or placed by the overturning structure. The tool has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in manufacturability, capable of being repeatedly used and multifunctional. The tool cost in the development and final assembly stage of the large unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, meanwhile, the final assembly efficiency of the large wing part is improved, and the method is widely applied to wing part transfer, final assembly and large part butt joint in the development stage of a certain large unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种大型无人机机翼转运、翻转和吊挂工装。该工装适用于翼长不小于10米的无人机机翼,具体包括:吊装结构,其上设有用于连接起重机吊钩的第一连接部和用于连接并调整固定结构的安装角度的第二连接部;固定结构,设置在第二连接部的下端,用于将待吊装的大型无人机机翼固接在吊装结构下端;翻转结构,用于对吊装到位的大型无人机机翼进行翻转;支撑结构,用于为翻转结构翻转机翼或放置时提供支撑。本发明的工装具有结构简单、可制造性强、可重复使用、多功能于一体的优点。不仅降低了大型无人机研制总装阶段的工装成本,同时提高了大型机翼部件总装效率,并在某大型无人机研制阶段中机翼部件转运、总装、大部件对接中得到了广泛应用。
