The invention provides a walking device of a marine propeller cleaning robot and the propeller cleaning robot. The walking device comprises a robot body, a rotating device, a connecting support and a walking wheel mechanism. At least two sets of rotating devices are installed on the opposite side faces of the robot body respectively and connected with one end of a connecting support, and a walking wheel mechanism is installed at the tail end of the connecting support. A support of the rotating device is installed on the side wall of the robot body, a worm is vertically and rotatably installed on the support, and a first motor drives the worm to rotate. The frame structure is installed on the support, and the second motor drives the frame structure to rotate around the worm. The worm gear is installed on the frame structure and engaged with the worm. The connecting support is fixedly connected with the worm gear and rotates along with the worm gear, so that the tail end of the connecting support is lifted or dropped. The walking device can be stored and folded, the resistance is reduced, the sailing stability is improved, the walking wheel mechanism can be lifted or lowered so as to be better matched with and attached to the surfaces of ship bodies with different curvatures, and effective and stable supporting is formed.
