The invention discloses a community direct-current micro-grid charging system and method, and relates to the field of electric vehicle charging, and the system comprises a charging and discharging module which is used for charging and discharging an electric vehicle through a community load, a community external network available maximum load and an energy storage battery; the energy storage battery is used for storing the residual capacity of the load of the community and providing extra charging power to charge the electric vehicle when the community is powered off or the charging peak period; the load monitoring module is used for monitoring the load of the cell, the maximum available load of the external network of the cell and the maximum available load of the external network of the cell, and transmitting the monitored information to the energy management module; the energy management module is used for transmitting surplus power to an alternating-current power grid of the community according to the community load and the maximum available load of an external network of the community by calculating the vacancy of the renewable energy sources and the charging load when the renewable energy sources are surplus, and charging the electric vehicle according to the charging priority; when renewable energy sources are insufficient, the vacancy of community loads is made up through large power grid input power, and the electric vehicles are charged; and when the large power grid input power reaches the upper limit, the energy storage battery discharges to charge the electric vehicle. The system can greatly improve the utilization rate of the electric capacity of the community.
