A regional off-grid hybrid power DC charging system includes a voltage converter, a hybrid power DC power generation system that is not connected to a central power grid and is configured to provide output DC power to the voltage converter, and a general management system that is connected to the voltage converter. And the total management system is used for monitoring the load conditions of the hybrid power direct current power generation system and the voltage converter, so that the convenience and efficiency of building the regional off-grid hybrid power direct current charging system are improved.
