The invention provides a direct-current charging system and a direct-current charging control method, the direct-current charging system comprises a phase-shifting transformer, a plurality of rectification units and a direct-current bus, and the phase-shifting transformer comprises a primary winding and a plurality of secondary windings with different phases; a primary winding of the phase-shifting transformer is electrically connected with a three-phase alternating-current power supply, each secondary winding of the transformer is electrically connected with the input end of the corresponding rectifying unit, and the output end of each rectifying unit is electrically connected with the direct-current bus; the DC bus is used for being electrically connected with a to-be-charged load so as to provide a DC power supply for the to-be-charged load. A plurality of secondary windings with different phases in the phase-shifting transformer are used for outputting alternating-current power supplies after voltage transformation, and each output alternating-current power supply is rectified through a corresponding rectifying unit and finally combined and output to the same direct-current bus. Therefore, the finally obtained current phase is closer to the voltage phase, and the voltage waveform and the current waveform are more synchronous, so that the output power factor is improved, and the power supply quality is improved.
本发明提供一种直流充电系统及直流充电控制方法,直流充电系统包括移相变压器、多个整流单元以及直流母线,移相变压器包括初级绕组和多个不同相位的次级绕组;移相变压器的初级绕组与三相交流电源电连接,变压器的每个次级绕组分别与对应的整流单元的输入端电连接,每个整流单元的输出端分别与直流母线电连接;直流母线用于与待充电负载电连接,以对待充电负载提供直流电源。利用移相变压器中多个不同相位的次级绕组来输出变压后的交流电源,输出的每个交流电源又经过对应的整流单元进行整流处理,最后合并输出至同一个直流母线上;使得最终得到的电流相位更接近电压相位,使电压与电流波形更同步,从而提高了输出功率因数,进而改善了供电质量。
