The invention discloses a vehicle heat management system, a control method thereof and a new energy vehicle, a refrigerant flow path is formed on the vehicle heat management system, and the refrigerant flow path comprises a refrigerant main path and a first refrigerant branch path communicated with the refrigerant main path; a compressor, a first four-way valve and an out-cabin heat exchanger are arranged on the refrigerant trunk, and a first throttling element and an in-cabin heat exchanger are arranged on the first refrigerant branch; the first four-way valve can switch one of the exhaust port and the air return port of the compressor to be communicated with the out-cabin heat exchanger, so that the first in-cabin heat exchanger can supply cold or heat to the interior of the cabin. Furthermore, the passenger compartment is heated through the direct heat pump system, the heat exchanger directly exchanges heat with the passenger compartment, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved; and the energy utilization rate is further improved through electric drive waste heat utilization, and the endurance mileage is effectively increased. And the flow direction of the refrigerant medium is changed through the four-way valve, so that switching between the refrigerating function and the heating function is achieved, the functions are guaranteed, meanwhile, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost and the weight are reduced.

    本发明公开一种车辆热管理系统及其控制方法以及新能源车辆,在车辆热管理系统上形成有冷媒流路,冷媒流路包括冷媒干路和均与冷媒干路连通的第一冷媒支路;在冷媒干路上设有压缩机、第一四通阀和舱外换热器,在第一冷媒支路上设有第一节流元件和舱内换热器;第一四通阀能够切换压缩机的排气口和回气口其中之一与舱外换热器连通,以使得第一舱内换热器能够向舱内供冷或者供热。进而,通过直接式热泵系统进行乘员舱采暖,换热器直接与乘员舱换热,提高换热效率;通过电驱余热利用进一步提高能量利用率,有效提升了续航里程。并通过四通阀改变冷媒介质的流向,实现了制冷和采暖功能的切换,在保证功能的同时,减少了零部件数量,降低了成本和重量。
