The invention provides a vehicle heat management system, a control method thereof and a vehicle, and the system comprises a vehicle cabin heat exchange module which comprises an in-cabin evaporator; the heat pump heat exchange module comprises a compressor capable of forming refrigerant circulation, a condensation heat exchanger and an evaporation heat exchanger, a first throttling element is located on a refrigerant flow path between the condensation heat exchanger and the evaporation heat exchanger, and a second throttling element is located on a refrigerant flow path between the condensation heat exchanger and the in-cabin evaporator; the water side heat exchange module comprises a first outboard waterway heat exchanger and a battery heat exchange structure, the first water pump is used for forming water circulation between the first outboard waterway heat exchanger and the condensation heat exchanger, and the second water pump is used for forming water circulation between the battery heat exchange structure and the evaporation heat exchanger. Heat exchange coupling between the heat pump heat exchange module and the vehicle cabin heat exchange module and between the heat pump heat exchange module and the water side heat exchange module is achieved, so that corresponding cooling units do not need to be arranged for the vehicle cabin heat exchange module and the water side heat exchange module respectively, and the cost of the whole vehicle is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供一种车辆热管理系统及其控制方法、车辆,其中系统,包括:车舱换热模块,包括舱内蒸发器;热泵换热模块,包括能够形成冷媒循环的压缩机、冷凝换热器、蒸发换热器,第一节流元件处于冷凝换热器与蒸发换热器之间的冷媒流路上,第二节流元件处于冷凝换热器与舱内蒸发器之间的冷媒流路上;水侧换热模块,包括第一舱外水路换热器、电池换热结构,第一水泵用于在第一舱外水路换热器与冷凝换热器之间形成水循环,第二水泵用于在电池换热结构与蒸发换热器之间形成水循环。本发明实现了热泵换热模块与车舱换热模块及水侧换热模块的换热耦合,从而无需针对车舱换热模块与水侧换热模块分别配置相应的冷却机组,有效降低了车辆整车成本。
