The invention discloses a vehicle heat management system, a control method thereof and a new energy vehicle, a refrigerant flow path is formed on the vehicle heat management system, a compressor is arranged on the refrigerant flow path, and the refrigerant flow path can be switched to form a cooling refrigerant flow path or a heating refrigerant flow path; on the cooling refrigerant flow path, a gaseous refrigerant discharged from an exhaust port of the compressor flows through the battery pack after being throttled, and then flows back into an air return port of the compressor, so that the battery pack is cooled through the refrigerant; on the heating refrigerant flow path, a gaseous refrigerant discharged from an exhaust port of the compressor directly flows through the battery pack, and then flows back into an air return port of the compressor after being throttled, so that the battery pack is heated through the refrigerant. Furthermore, direct cooling and direct heating of the battery by using the refrigerant are realized, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the pipeline is simple, and the cost is relatively low.

    本发明公开一种车辆热管理系统及其控制方法、新能源车辆,在所述车辆热管理系统上形成有冷媒流路,在所述冷媒流路上设有压缩机,所述冷媒流路能够切换形成冷却冷媒流路或者加热冷媒流路;在所述冷却冷媒流路上,所述压缩机的排气口排出的气态冷媒经过节流后流经电池包,之后回流至所述压缩机的回气口内,以通过冷媒对所述电池包冷却;在所述加热冷媒流路上,所述压缩机的排气口排出的气态冷媒直接流经所述电池包,之后经过节流后回流至所述压缩机的回气口内,以通过冷媒对所述电池包加热。进而,实现使用冷媒对电池进行直冷直热,换热效率高,且管路简单,成本较低。
