The invention discloses a construction structure and method for a large-span dust removal pipeline transversely penetrating through the lower portion of a stokehole platform. The construction structure comprises the stokehole platform, steel columns, a truck crane and an operation platform. Two pulley blocks are longitudinally mounted on the steel column; a traction mechanism used for hoisting the dust removal pipeline is arranged below the furnace front platform, and the traction mechanism is composed of a winch and a steel wire rope; a steel wire rope at the output end of the winch bypasses the two pulley blocks and is connected with the dedusting pipeline. A pulley block is arranged on a steel column of a furnace front platform, one end of a steel wire rope of a winch is led out and sequentially penetrates through the pulley block, the steel wire rope is fixed to a dust removal pipeline section needing to be hoisted, the dust removal pipeline section is vertically hoisted through a truck crane, and the winch is started to horizontally pull the dust removal pipeline section in place section by section. The operation platform is used for assembling and welding dust removal pipeline section connectors, the use efficiency of a crane and the butt joint installation efficiency of dust removal pipelines are improved, operation is convenient, applicability is high, unsafe factors are reduced, and construction quality and safety are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种横穿炉前平台下方大跨度除尘管道施工结构及方法,包括炉前平台、钢柱、汽车吊和操作平台;钢柱上纵向安装有两个滑轮组;炉前平台的下方设有用于吊装除尘管道用的牵引机构,牵引机构由卷扬机和钢丝绳组成;卷扬机输出端的钢丝绳绕过两个滑轮组与除尘管道连接。本发明通过在炉前平台的钢柱上设置滑轮组,将卷扬机的钢丝绳一端引出,依次穿过滑轮组,将钢丝绳固定至需吊装的除尘管道段上,由汽车吊对除尘管道段进行垂直吊装,启动卷扬机逐段水平牵引除尘管道段就位,利用操作平台对除尘管道段接口组对并焊接,提高了吊车使用效率和除尘管道对接安装效率,不仅操作方便、适用性强,而且降低了不安全因素,确保了施工质量和安全。
