The invention relates to water conservancy large-span construction pipeline lowering equipment and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pipeline construction. The device comprises an equipment bottom plate and a base, the front side and the rear side of the top of the equipment bottom plate are rotationally connected with inclined strut suspension arms, the tops of the two inclined strut suspension arms are fixedly connected with a supporting column, the top of the equipment bottom plate and the top of the base are covered with a supporting plate, a water supply pipeline is placed at the top of the supporting plate, and a winding assembly is arranged at the top of the equipment bottom plate. Through cooperative use of the equipment bottom plate, the inclined supporting suspension arm, the base and the inclined supporting arm, a supporting suspension bracket can be provided for the water supply pipeline, then the water supply pipeline is dragged to reach the designated lowering position through arrangement of the winding assembly, meanwhile, the water supply pipeline is lowered to the designated position through arrangement of the winding assembly, and therefore the water supply pipeline can be conveniently conveyed to the designated lowering position. Therefore, the purposes of fast and simple assembly, convenient position adjustment and movement and stable and convenient lowering can be achieved.
