The invention discloses a construction structure and method for a newly-added dust removal pipeline of a high-span clerestory of a steel plant. The construction structure comprises a mast type crane which is arranged on a roof beam and composed of a base and a mast, and a cable rope disc and a lifting point are arranged at the upper end of the mast; the hoisting point is connected with a movable pulley; a winch is arranged on a walkway plate of the high-span crane beam; two guide fixed pulleys are mounted on the side surface of the steel column; a steel wire rope at the output end of the winch penetrates through a movable pulley at the upper section of the mast crane through a guide fixed pulley to serve as a hoisting steel wire rope, and the other end of the hoisting steel wire rope is connected to the newly-added dust removal pipeline. The mast crane is manufactured, the winch is arranged on the walkway plate of the high-span crane beam, mast crane installation, dust removal pipeline exhaust opening installation and newly-added dust removal pipeline assembling and hoisting on the ground are achieved in sequence, construction of the newly-added dust removal pipeline under the complex condition can be achieved, operation is convenient, applicability is high, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the construction quality is ensured, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种炼钢厂房高跨气楼新增除尘管道的施工结构及方法,包括在屋面梁上设置的由底座和桅杆组成的桅杆式起重机,桅杆的上端设有缆风绳盘和起重吊点;起重吊点上连接动滑轮;高跨行车梁走道板上设置卷扬机;钢柱的侧面安装两个导向定滑轮;卷扬机输出端的钢丝绳通过导向定滑轮穿过桅杆式起重机上段的动滑轮作为起重吊装钢丝绳,起重吊装钢丝绳的另一端连接在新增除尘管道上。本发明通过制作桅杆式起重机,在高跨行车梁走道板上设置卷扬机,依次实现桅杆式起重机安装、除尘管道吸风口安装、新增除尘管道在地面进行组对、吊装,可实现在复杂条件下新增除尘管道的施工,不仅操作方便、适用性强,而且确保了施工质量,提高了工效。
