The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span high-altitude steel structure. The construction method of the large-span high-altitude steel structure comprises the following steps of: establishing a three-dimensional model of the construction site, simulating the whole process of hoisting, analyzing and verifying each hoisting plan, and determining a position of a tower crane; performing finite element analysis on the hoisting process of the large-span high-altitude steel structure, and determining the position of a hanging point and pre-arching value of the large-span high-altitude steel structure; establishing a three-dimensional model of the large-span high-altitude steel structure, guiding a factory to process various components of the large-span high-altitude steel structure, and assisting on-site splicing; and obtaining precise coordinate points and elevation required for construction through the three-dimensional model of the construction site, and coordinating the three-dimensional space positioning measurement with a total station to complete the hoisting of the large-span high-altitude steel structure. The construction method of the large-span high-altitudesteel structure improves construction safety, design and construction efficiency, processing and installation accuracy, and construction quality and efficiency, and reduces construction costs.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度高空钢结构的施工方法,建立施工场地的三维模型,模拟全过程吊装,对各吊装方案进行分析验证,确定塔吊的位置;对大跨度高空钢结构的吊装过程进行有限元分析,确定大跨度高空钢结构的吊点位置和预起拱值;建立大跨度高空钢结构的三维模型,指导工厂加工大跨度高空钢结构的各部件并辅助现场拼接;通过施工场地的三维模型获取施工所需的精确坐标点和高程,配合全站仪进行三维空间定位测量,完成大跨度高空钢结构的吊装。本方法提高了施工安全、设计和施工效率、加工和安装精度、施工质量和效率,降低了建造成本。
