The invention provides a superheater pipe climbing operation robot which comprises a pipe climbing mechanism, the pipe climbing mechanism comprises a first body, a first lifting assembly, a first clamping assembly and an operation assembly, and the first lifting assembly comprises a first motor, a first transmission assembly and a first sliding assembly; the first transmission assembly comprises a first driving wheel, a first driven wheel and a first annular piece meshed with the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel. The first sliding assembly comprises a first sliding rail and a first sliding base connected to the first sliding rail in a sliding mode. The at least two first clamping assemblies are fixedly arranged on the opposite linear sections of the first annular piece respectively; each first clamping assembly is fixedly arranged on the first sliding seat; the operation assembly can be slidably connected to the first body in the first direction. According to the superheater pipe climbing operation robot, the first clamping assemblies are fixedly arranged on the opposite linear sections of the first annular part correspondingly, lifting of the superheater pipe climbing mechanism along the pipe wall is achieved, the operation assembly is slidably connected to the first body, and maintenance of a superheater is achieved.

    本发明提供一种过热器爬管作业机器人,包括爬管机构,爬管机构包括第一本体、第一升降组件、第一夹持组件和作业组件,第一升降组件包括第一电机、第一传动组件和第一滑移组件,第一传动组件包括第一主动轮、第一从动轮和与二者啮合的第一环形件;第一滑移组件包括第一滑轨和滑动连接于第一滑轨的第一滑座;第一夹持组件具有至少2个且分别固设于第一环形件的相对的直线段上;每个第一夹持组件固设于第一滑座;作业组件能够沿第一方向滑动连接于第一本体。本发明提供的过热器爬管作业机器人,通过在第一环形件的相对的直线段分别固设第一夹持组件,实现过热器爬管机构沿管壁的升降,作业组件滑动连接于第一本体,实现对过热器的维护。
