The invention relates to a ship autopilot control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the ship autopilot control method comprises the steps that a real-time input signal of a ship is acquired, and the real-time input signal comprises course deviation and course deviation change rate; according to the real-time input signal, a steering engine control signal of the ship is determined through an input and output data table obtained in advance, and the input and output data table comprises input signal data when the ship stably sails under various sea conditions and corresponding steering engine control signal data; and sending the steering engine control signal to a steering engine of the ship so as to control the navigation of the ship. The method can meet the requirements of robustness and stability of the system, and is relatively economical and feasible.
