A hinge storage box is fixedly connected to a base and used for regularly storing hinges; the hinge conveying structure is fixedly connected to the position, close to an outlet of the hinge storage box, of the base and makes contact with the hinge to provide power to output or withdraw the hinge. The locking structure is fixedly connected to the face, facing a climbed object, of the base and used for controlling the distance between the base and the climbed object. The hinge fixing structure is fixedly connected to the position, away from an outlet of the hinge storage box, of the base and used for fixing the head of the hinge, and the fixed hinge surrounds a climbed object to form an annular shape. The mechanical arm connecting base is fixedly connected to the face, back on to a climbed object, of the base and used for being connected with a robot. The control module is installed on the base and used for controlling the hinge conveying structure, the locking structure and the hinge fixing structure. The robot is suitable for climbed objects of different sizes and shapes, the locking effect is good, and axial and circumferential movement of the robot can be achieved.
