The invention discloses a highway toll station flow prediction method. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining flow data of each toll station in each time interval for prediction; inputting the obtained traffic data of each toll station in each time interval for prediction into a pre-trained traffic prediction model, and determining the future toll station traffic according to the output of the traffic prediction model; the traffic prediction model training method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic data samples of each toll station in each time interval; preprocessing the traffic data sample to obtain a training sample library; obtaining manual annotation information of traffic data in the training sample library, and establishing a training sample set and a test sample set; a pre-constructed STGATwE traffic flow space-time prediction network is trained by using the training sample set and the test sample set to obtain an STGATwE traffic flow space-time prediction model, and the model accurately predicts the traffic flow by using the traffic flow transfer characteristics of the highway toll station and the traffic space-time characteristics of the traffic toll station.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路收费站流量预测方法,包括:获取用于预测的各收费站点在各时间区间内的流量数据;将获取到的用于预测的各收费站点在各时间区间内的流量数据输入预训练的流量预测模型,根据所述流量预测模型的输出确定未来的收费站流量;其中,流量预测模型的训练方法包括:获取各收费站在各时间区间内的流量数据样本;对流量数据样本进行预处理得到训练样本库;获取训练样本库中流量数据的人工标注信息,建立训练样本集和测试样本集;利用训练样本集和测试样本集训练预先构建的STGATwE交通流量时空预测网络,得到STGATwE交通流量时空预测模型,该模型利用高速公路收费站点的交通流转移特征和交通收费站的流量时空特征对交通流量做出精准的预测。
