The invention relates to a highway toll station monitoring system and method, and the system comprises a time monitoring module, a data processing module and a traffic lane control module, and the time monitoring module is used for obtaining the driving time of all vehicles passing through a monitoring road section in front of a toll station in real time; the data processing module is connected with the time monitoring module, and is used for calculating the average passing time of vehicles on the road section according to the driving time of all vehicles on the monitored road section, comparing the average passing time of vehicles on the road section with a road section passing time threshold value, and sending a control signal if the average passing time of vehicles on the road section exceeds the road section passing time threshold value; and the traffic lane control module is connected with the data processing module and is used for controlling a certain unopened traffic lane to beopened in response to the control signal. The waiting time of the vehicles in front of the toll station is judged according to the driving time of all the vehicles, so that the blockage condition ofthe vehicles is obtained, the opening number of toll lanes is increased on the basis of opened traffic lanes, and the waiting time of drivers is shortened.

    本申请涉及一种高速公路收费站的监控系统及其方法,包括时间监测模块、数据处理模块和行车道控制模块,时间监测模块,用于实时获取收费站前所有车辆通过监测路段的行驶时间;数据处理模块,与时间监测模块连接,用于根据监测路段上所有车辆的行驶时间计算出路段车辆平均通过时间,将路段车辆平均通过时间与路段通过时间阈值相比较,若路段车辆平均通过时间超过路段通过时间阈值时,则发出控制信号;行车道控制模块,与数据处理模块连接,响应于控制信号,控制某个未开启的行车道开放。通过所有车辆的行驶时间判断出车辆在收费站前的等待时间,从而得出车辆的堵塞情况,在已开放行车道的基础上,增加收费车道的开放数量,减少驾驶员的等待时间。
