The invention discloses a highway toll station exit flow prediction method and system based on multi-source data fusion, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining highway toll data and vehicle license plate recognition data, extracting the data flow characteristics of each single source, unifying the space-time dimensions of each single source according to the space-time characteristics of a toll station exit to be predicted, and carrying out the prediction of the toll station exit flow. And constructing a prediction model based on charging data and a prediction model based on vehicle license plate identification data, taking the outputs of the two single-source prediction models as the input of a multi-source data fusion prediction model, and obtaining predicted traffic based on the multi-source data fusion prediction model. According to the invention, multidirectional detection is carried out in combination with the charging data and the vehicle license plate identification data, the complementarity and redundancy among multi-source data are utilized, the limitations of small detection range and few data features possibly existing on the basis of a single data source are avoided, and the accuracy of traffic prediction is improved.

    本发明公开了多源数据融合的高速公路收费站出口流量预测方法及系统,获取高速公路收费数据和车辆牌照识别数据,提取各单源数据流量特征,根据待预测收费站出口的时空特性统一各单源时空维度,构建基于收费数据的预测模型和基于车辆牌照识别数据的预测模型,将两个单源预测模型的输出作为多源数据融合预测模型的输入,基于多源数据融合预测模型获取预测流量。本发明结合收费数据和车辆牌照识别数据进行多方位检测,利用多源数据间的互补性和冗余性,避免了基于单一数据源可能存在的检测范围小、数据特征少的局限性,提高了交通预测的准确率。
