The tread rubber composition provided by the invention has the advantages that the phenomena of mold sticking and roller sticking in the production process of a tire can be improved, and the mechanical strength performance of the tread rubber composition is further improved, so that the service life of the tire is prolonged, the vulcanization speed of the tire is increased, the energy consumption is reduced, and certain energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

    本发明提出一种胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法,属于橡胶轮胎制备技术领域,包括橡胶、白炭黑、炭黑、硅烷偶联剂、改性聚乙二醇、活性剂、促进剂;所述改性聚乙二醇为甲氧基聚乙二醇硫醇m‑PEG‑SH。通过本发明中的胎面橡胶组合物具有可以改善轮胎在生产过程中粘模粘辊的现象,进一步提高胎面橡胶组合物的机械强度性能,从而提高轮胎的使用寿命以及提高轮胎的硫化速度,减少能源消耗,具有一定的节能环保的作用。
