The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber manufacturing, and discloses a tread rubber composition, a preparation method thereof and a tire. An oxidized carbon nanosphere composite material is added into the tread rubber composition, and the oxidized carbon nanosphere composite material is obtained by mixing natural rubber, carbon black and oxidized carbon nanospheres. The interface bonding of the oxidized carbon nanosphere composite material and rubber is better than that of oxidized carbon nanospheres, precipitated silicon dioxide, carbon black and the oxidized carbon nanosphere composite material are used as reinforcing filler and have high reinforcing property, and along with the increase of the oxidized carbon nanosphere composite material, the reinforcing property of the filler is obviously improved; meanwhile, the rubber composition is high in wear resistance, and particularly, compression heat generation is obviously reduced, so that the oil consumption of the tire is reduced and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶制造技术领域,公开了一种胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法和轮胎。所述胎面橡胶组合物添加了氧化纳米碳球复合材料,氧化纳米碳球复合材料由天然橡胶、炭黑和氧化纳米碳球混炼得到。氧化纳米碳球复合材料与橡胶的界面结合更优于氧化纳米碳球,本发明使用沉淀二氧化硅、炭黑以及氧化纳米碳球复合材料作为补强填充剂,具备高补强性,随着氧化纳米碳球复合材料的增加,填料补强性有明显提升,同时橡胶组合物耐磨耗特性高,特别是压缩生热明显降低,有利于轮胎降低油耗和提高使用寿命。
