    本发明公开了一种轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法,其由聚异戊二烯橡胶、聚丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物、3,4‑异戊橡胶、炭黑、白炭黑、乙烯基三(β‑甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、椰油酸单甘油酯硫酸酯钠、芳烃油、防老剂4020、防老剂RD、微晶蜡、硬脂酸、氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂TMTD、促进剂ZDC制成。本发明通过3,4‑异戊橡胶的使用可以提高胶料干地牵引性能和抗湿滑性,胶料的力学性能和耐磨耗性能的改善是通过乙烯基三(β‑甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷和椰油酸单甘油酯硫酸酯钠相互配合改善胶料中白炭黑的分散,从而进行优化和完善,最终设计出性能优越的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,不仅具有优异的力学性能,还具有优异的牵引性能、抗湿滑性能、耐磨耗性能和耐久性能。
