The invention provides all-steel vacuum radial tire base rubber, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 20 to 35 parts of hard carbon black, 15 to 35 parts of white carbon black, 2 to 8 parts of zinc oxide, 2 to 8 parts of stearic acid, 0 to 3 parts of ketone ammonia anti-aging agent, 0 to 3 parts of p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, 0 to 3 parts of cobalt salt, 2 to 8 parts of silane coupling agent, 0 to 5 parts of white carbon black dispersing agent, 0 to 3 parts of sulfenamide accelerant and 0 to 3 parts of oil-extended sulfur. 0-2 parts of a thiazole accelerant and 0-3 parts of a hardening reinforcing agent. According to the invention, the hard carbon black and the same amount of white carbon black are used together, so that the modulus of the rubber material is improved, and the heat generation of the rubber material is greatly reduced; the cobalt salt is added to improve the interfacial viscosity, reduce the influence of the white carbon black on the vulcanization speed and improve the production efficiency; a hardening reinforcing agent is added, so that the hardness and stress at definite elongation of the rubber material are further improved, and heat generated by using the base rubber is reduced; and the hardening reinforcing agent, the hard carbon black, the white carbon black with the same amount and the cobalt salt have a synergistic effect, so that the durability of the tire is improved.

    本发明提供一种全钢真空子午线轮胎基部胶,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:天然橡胶100份,硬质炭黑20~35份,白炭黑15~35份,氧化锌2~8份,硬脂酸2~8份,酮氨类防老剂0~3份,对苯二胺类防老剂0~3份,钴盐0~3份,硅烷偶联剂2~8份,白炭黑分散剂0~5份,次磺酰胺类促进剂0~3份,充油硫磺0~3份,噻唑类促进剂0~2份,增硬补强剂0~3份。本发明将硬质炭黑和等量白炭黑并用,在提升胶料模量的同时,极大地降低了胶料的生热;加入钴盐提高界面粘性,降低白炭黑对硫化速度的影响,提高生产效率;加入增硬补强剂,进一步提升胶料硬度及定伸应力,降低基部胶使用生热;增硬补强剂、硬质炭黑和等量白炭黑和钴盐协同作用,提高轮胎的耐久性能。
