The rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of natural rubber, 40-70 parts of butadiene rubber, 40-60 parts of carbon black, 5-30 parts of bio-based environment-friendly oil, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2.5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1.5-3.5 parts of an anti-aging agent 6PPD, 0.5-2 parts of an anti-aging agent TMQ, 1-2 parts of oil-extended sulfur powder and 1-2 parts of an accelerant NS. According to the rubber material formula disclosed by the invention, the bio-based environment-friendly oil extracted and synthesized from plants is used for replacing non-renewable petroleum-based oil products, so that the use of non-renewable resources is reduced, and the development of operation oil is ensured to meet the requirements of green and sustainable development; the bio-based environment-friendly oil is adopted to replace a petroleum-based product, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) contained in the product is reduced due to different raw material sources, so that the level of bending zone protons (Hbay) in a tire product is reduced, and the level of Hbay in the tire product is further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种全钢/半钢子午线轮胎胎侧橡胶组合物及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:天然橡胶30‑60份、顺丁橡胶40‑70份、炭黑40‑60份、生物基环保油5‑30份、硬脂酸1‑3份、氧化锌2‑5份、微晶蜡1‑2.5份、防老剂6PPD 1.5‑3.5份、防老剂TMQ 0.5‑2份、充油硫磺粉1‑2份、促进剂NS 1‑2份。采用本发明的胶料配方,使用从植物中提取并合成的生物基环保油替代不可再生石油基油品,减少不可再生资源的使用,保证操作油的发展符合绿色可持续发展的要求;采用从生物基环保油替代石油基产品,因原料来源不同,产品本身含有的多环芳烃(PAH)降低,带来了轮胎产品中弯区质子(Hbay)的水平降低,进一步降低了轮胎产品中Hbay的水平。
