The invention relates to an all-steel giant engineering radial tire sidewall rubber which is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of natural rubber, 20-30% of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, 20-30% of carbon black, 1-5% of zinc oxide, 1-3% of stearic acid, 1-3% of anti-aging agent 6PPD, 0.5-1.5% of anti-aging agent RD, 1-3% of microcrystalline wax, 1-5% of environment-friendly oil, 1-5% of tackifier 7511A, 0.1-1% of sulfur and 0.1-0.5% of accelerator TBBS. The rubber also contains 1-3% of anti-vulcanization reducer HTS, 0.1-1% of anti-vulcanization reducer PK900 and 0.1-1% of chlorotriphenyl tetrazole TTC. The sidewall rubber adopts the anti-vulcanization reducer HTS instead of part of sulfur and uses the anti-vulcanization reducer PK900 and special anti-scorching agent chlorotriphenyl tetrazole TTC, thereby optimizing the existing sidewall rubber formula system; and thus, after the sidewall rubber is vulcanized for a long time, the physical and mechanical properties are kept unchanged.
