The invention relates to the technical field of rubber products, discloses a sidewall rubber composition, a preparation method thereof and a tire, and solves the problem that the tire in the prior art releases odor and VOC (volatile organic compound) molecules which affect the sense organ of a human body and even harms the health of the human body. The sidewall rubber composition comprises coordination polymerization diene rubber, a porous structure nanometer material and an inorganic reinforcing filler, the addition amount of the porous structure nano material is 2-10% of the mass of the coordination polymerization diene rubber, and the mass of the inorganic reinforcing filler is 35-75% of the mass of the coordination polymerization diene rubber. The specific technological process comprises the following steps: adding the coordination polymerization diene rubber, the inorganic reinforcing filler, the porous structure nano material and other auxiliaries into an internal mixer for first-stage mixing to obtain first-stage rubber master batch; and adding the first-stage rubber master batch and the vulcanizing agent into the internal mixer for second-stage mixing, and discharging rubber. The method is simple in process, and the nanometer material with the porous structure is added into the sidewall rubber composition, so that the odor of the rubber material and the volatilization of VOC molecules are reduced.

    本发明涉及橡胶制品技术领域,公开了一种胎侧胶组合物及其制备方法和轮胎,解决了现有技术中轮胎释放出气味和VOC分子,影响人体感官甚至危害人体健康的问题,该胎侧胶组合物包括配位聚合二烯烃橡胶、多孔结构纳米材料和无机补强填料;所述多孔结构纳米材料添加量为所述配位聚合二烯烃橡胶质量的2‑10%,所述无机补强填料为所述配位聚合二烯烃橡胶质量的35‑75%。具体工艺过程将所述配位聚合二烯烃橡胶、无机补强填料、多孔结构纳米材料及其他助剂加入密炼机一段混炼,得到一段母胶;将所述一段母胶和硫化剂加入密炼机二段混炼,排胶。该方法工艺简单,该胎侧胶组合物中添加了多孔结构纳米材料,降低了胶料的气味和VOC分子的挥发。
